Alarmco has enjoyed doing business in the Las Vegas Valley and the surrounding communities for more than 60 years.  One thing that became clear 60 years ago was that this is an industry that is constantly changing and always evolving.  Over the years we have seen products and trends come and go.  Something that has always remained constant is our desire to provide our customers the tools and resources necessary to keep themselves, their families and their properties safe. 


In the interest of fulfilling that desire we decided a few months ago it was about time to update our web site. Our previous web site has served us well for many years however it became apparent that it was time to upgrade it in order to make it more functional, useful and interactive for our customers.  We are confident that we have done that and encourage all of you to visit our new site and keep coming back to see what is new.  The intent is for it to be a truly interactive experience where you can get information, find tools to help manage your account and be able to communicate with us easily.  In this installment of the Alarming News we wanted to take a second and give you a general overview of some of the things that you will find when you visit


Most of the content from the previous site has remained and is easier to access now.  The tabs at the top of the home page are a convenient way to navigate to almost anywhere on our site.  In those tabs you will find information about products and services, new promotional offers, educational tips and even a history of our company.  You will also find useful links to remote services such as I-See video and My Remote Keypad.


In the education center and also on our blog you will find useful safety tips, answers to the most frequently asked questions, news about our company and information about trends to watch out for.  If you do not find the answers to your question please feel free to send us a message through our links in the contact us tab or simply fill out the contact us form provided and we will have the appropriate department return your message as soon as possible. 


Some of the other helpful tools that you will find include forms that you can use to change information on your account such as contact list update, schedule update and payment option forms.  If you currently have service with us you can use these tools at your convenience to make sure we have the most current information for your account.
